To reinforce our team, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager for the German market. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. As part of our young, driven, and ambitious team, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in the region. You will understand the unique needs of the German market and apply effective sales strategies to drive our company’s growth.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

What we ask of you:

  • At least a university of applied sciences level (HBO) education with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience as Account Manager Germany in a technical industry. Experience in the plastics sector is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the German market and business practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

What you will do:

  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and relationship management.
  • Report on sales performance and market developments in our system and to the management team.
  • Primarily be on the road to visit prospects and customers.
