Flatbed Milling Machine Operator (MBO)

We are looking for a production operator to join our team. As a member of our young, driven, and ambitious team, you will play a crucial role in laser cutting plastics. With your skills, you will transform plastic sheets into beautiful products that delight our customers.

What we ask of you:

  • You have completed a technical MBO-level education.
  • You are ready to work independently.
  • You have a good understanding of technology and are motivated.
  • You work accurately and strive for quality.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system (07:00–16:00 or 13:00–22:00).

What you get:

  • Starting salary €2,450–3,400 gross per month (full-time).
  • Full-time position (40 hours per week).
  • 28 vacation days per year (based on full-time).
  • Travel allowance and holiday pay.
  • Shift allowance for two-shift work.
  • Collaboration with a young, driven team.

What you will do:

  • Set up the milling machine for production work.
  • Mill plastic and rubber on the flatbed milling machine.
  • Perform quality checks on the final product.
